For this release, we will be shipping all packs out to customers via our Mail Order service located in Campbeltown.

This means that shipping prices and import duties and taxes may be affected.

Also, please be aware that there may be changes to the list of countries we can ship orders to compared to our previous releases. If the country you wish to ship your pack to is not listed below, it means that we cannot ship orders to that country.

We do ship orders to many countries, regions and territories worldwide, however there are also many areas that we are not able to send to. The list of places we can ship to has also been affected by the UK leaving the European Union. We will not honour any orders to destinations that we do not ship to and our website is programmed not to accept inappropriate shipping addresses.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES:

DDP means that all shipping fees, import taxes & duties and the pack price will be collected on our website. Your country may apply an excise fee which is payable by the customer. If your country includes this fee the relevant authority will contact you directly for payment.

DAP means that only the shipping fee and pack price will be collected on our website. You should expect to pay extra local import taxes & duties if your country is listed as DAP before your pack can be delivered to your address.

All DDP Countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, UK, USA.

All DAP Countries: Australia, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Malta, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the relevant import regulations prior to purchasing. You will not be refunded for refused deliveries as these orders may be destroyed.

This information and set of restrictions is generally governed by the shipping of alcohol products to residential addresses in each country, region or territory. It is reviewed regularly and updated on our websites accordingly.

All products sold on our website are subject to UK taxes, if we are sending to an address within the United Kingdom prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). Any shipment outside of the UK will not be subject to VAT however you may be liable for local taxes and duties upon your orders’ arrival at your address.

We will not deliver orders to any of the Cadenhead shops, nor are we able to arrange any combined shipping for online orders or with purchases from any of the Cadenhead shops. Any orders with a delivery address listed as one of our shops will be cancelled.
