PURCHASE LIMITATIONS
Due to the limited nature of this release, packs are limited to one-per-person.
PURCHASE PROCESS
When you have successfully purchased a pack, you will receive a confirmation email. If you cannot locate this email, please check spam/junk folders prior to contacting the team: [email protected].
Addresses and other details cannot be amended after checkout as packs are quickly dispatched via our Mail Order Team with the details provided at checkout. Please ensure that all details entered at checkout are correct.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
For this release, we are able to send orders to the following countries and regions: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK, USA (Alaska (only Anchorage) / California / Connecticut / Delaware / District Columbia / Florida / Georgia / Idaho / Illinois / Iowa / Louisiana / Maine / Maryland / Massachusetts / Minnesota / Nebraska / New Jersey / New Mexico / New York / North Carolina / Oregon / Pennsylvania / Rhode Island / South Carolina / Texas / Vermont / Virginia / Washington / Wyoming).
This is generally governed by restrictions on the shipping of alcohol products to residential addresses in each country or region. It is reviewed regularly and updated on our websites accordingly.
Please note that you will be unable to purchase a pack if your shipping address is not in one of these eligible countries/regions.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to ensure that all required information is correct during the checkout process as it will be used to complete your purchase. Shipping charges will be added to your order during purchase. See Taxes and Duties section for further information on how this will be charged.
Please note that the address of our Distillery Shop or any Cadenhead’s Shops cannot be used as we do not offer a collection service for this release. Any orders using our shop addresses for delivery will be cancelled.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All products sold on our website are subject to UK taxes; if we are sending to an address within the United Kingdom, prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be automatically deducted from all orders being shipped to an address outside the UK.
DDP means that all shipping fees, import taxes & duties and the pack price will be collected on our website. Your country may apply an excise fee which is payable by the customer. If your country includes this fee the relevant authority will contact you directly for payment.
DAP means that only the shipping fee and pack price will be collected on our website. You should expect to pay extra local import taxes & duties if your country is listed as DAP before the pack can be delivered to your address.

All DAP Countries: Australia, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Malta, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the relevant import regulations prior to purchasing. You will not be refunded for refused deliveries as these orders may be destroyed.
PAYMENT METHODS
Your payment will be taken via Stripe. We also accept payment from all major credit and debit cards.
RETURNS POLICY
Please check your deliveries on arrival, and please do not accept delivery of any package which appears damaged. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily refund your money if you inform us within 14 days of your goods being delivered.
All unwanted goods must be returned to us in good condition and must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit. We will not pay to have unwanted goods returned to us unless the product is defective in some way. Proof of damage will often be required.
ACCURACY
Although we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, mistakes can happen and prices and specifications can change without notice. All goods are limited releases and are subject to availability.
AGE RESTRICTION
By using our website you are confirming that you are of legal age to purchase alcohol in the country or region in which you reside.
