SOCIETY RELEASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The society is intended to offer special releases and experiences exclusively for our society members. These benefits are accessible only by verified society members and products are not intended for resale. Any members breaching these conditions may have their membership revoked.
PURCHASE LIMITATIONS
Society bottles are limited to one per person and are purchasable by successful ballot entrants unless otherwise clearly stated in the rules or ballot page.
DUPLICATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATED TERMS OF EACH BALLOT OR SALE. MEMBERS BREACHING THE TERMS OUTLINED IN CORRESPONDENCE MAY BE DISQUALIFIED FROM ALL BALLOTS.
ADDITIONAL BOTTLES
Should additional bottles be available after the initial ballot, this will be confirmed in a future society email and limitations will be stated, if applicable, in this email correspondence.
BALLOT PROCESS
Once you have entered the ballot you will be sent a confirmation email. Winners will be chosen at random when the ballot closes. The ballot period may vary but will be clearly indicated in ballot related society emails.
All members will be notified by email to let them know if they have been successful or unsuccessful. If you cannot locate this email, please check spam/junk folders prior to contacting the team: [email protected]
Payment will be taken automatically from the card used for guarantee during the ballot entry process. If there is a payment issue you will be notified by email and must make payment within 24 hours to secure your bottle.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION INFORMATION
Please enter an address that we can safely ship your bottle to in the week(s) following the ballot close, should you be successful. If that is to a family member or friend, please provide them with all tracking updates to ensure a safe and successful delivery. We do not offer a delayed shipping service.
Please check that all the information including billing address, shipping address and card details are correct prior to submitting your ballot entry. We use a shipping system which processes orders very quickly after ballot closure, so we cannot make amendments to address details after ballot closure. Cancellation can be arranged providing your order has not already shipped.
We do not offer a collection service from any Cadenhead shops. We also do not allow members to use the distillery or Cadenhead shops addresses for shipping. Orders using any of our company addresses for delivery will be cancelled.
There will be a delivery charge which will vary depending on the destination.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS (new destinations in bold)
Currently we are able to send to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Iceland, Isle of Man, Israel, Ireland, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, South Africa, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.
This is generally governed by restrictions on the shipping of alcohol products to residential addresses in each country. It is reviewed regularly and updated on our websites accordingly.
Shipments to Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium and Sweden will be handled by our third party partner, Selection Prestige GMBH.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All products sold on our website are subject to UK taxes; if we are sending to an address within the United Kingdom prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be automatically deducted from all orders being shipped to an address outside the UK but local sales taxes and duties will be payable upon arrival. These are levied at the time the package clears customs. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. We also cannot refund any customs charges in the case of a return or refund.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card through Stripe.
RETURNS POLICY
Please check your deliveries on arrival, and please do not accept delivery of any package which appears damaged. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily refund your money or exchange if you inform us within 7 days of your goods being delivered.
All unwanted goods must be returned to us in good condition and must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit. We will only accept return shipping costs for goods which were delivered to the customer in a damaged or defective condition. Proof of damage is required. Minor imperfections are a common characteristic on our products and do not constitute damage. Any requests for replacements will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
ACCURACY
Although we endeavor to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, mistakes can happen and prices and specifications can change without notice. All goods are limited releases and are subject to availability.
AGE RESTRICTION
By using our website you are confirming that you are of legal age to purchase alcohol in the country in which you reside.
