PURCHASE LIMITATIONS

Due to the limited nature of this release, bottle purchase is limited to one-per-person and available exclusively to Springbank Society members.

Members have the option of purchasing either a 35cl bottle or a 70cl bottle, not both. If you attempt to purchase both bottles, we may cancel both orders.

PURCHASE PROCESS

When you have successfully purchased a bottle, you will receive a confirmation email. If you cannot locate this email, please check spam/junk folders prior to contacting the team: [email protected].

Address details cannot be amended after sale closure as bottles are quickly dispatched via our Mail Order Team with the details provided upon sale checkout. Please ensure that all address details entered during the checkout process are correct.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

For this release, we are able to send to the following countries and regions: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK, USA (Arizona / California / Colorado / Connecticut / District Columbia / Florida / Georgia / Idaho / Illinois / Indianapolis / Iowa / Kansas / Kentucky / Louisiana / Maine / Maryland / Massachusetts / Minnesota / Missouri / Montana / North Carolina / North Dakota / North Hampshire / Nebraska / Nevada / New Jersey / New Mexico / New York / Ohio / Oklahoma / Oregon / Pennsylvania / Rhode Island / South Carolina / South Dakota / Tennessee / Texas / Vermont / Virginia / Washington / West Virginia / Wisconsin / Wyoming).

This is generally governed by restrictions on the shipping of alcohol products to residential addresses in each country or region. It is reviewed regularly and updated on our websites accordingly.

Please note that you will be unable to purchase a bottle if your shipping address is not in one of these eligible countries/regions.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

It is your responsibility to ensure that all required information is correct during the sale process as it will be used to complete your purchase. Shipping charges will be added to your order during purchase. See Taxes and Duties section for further information on how this will be charged.

Please note that the address of our Distillery Shop or any Cadenhead’s Shops cannot be used as we do not offer a collection service for this release. Any orders using our shop or office addresses for delivery will be cancelled.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All products sold on our website are subject to UK taxes; if we are sending to an address within the United Kingdom, prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

For US orders, UK VAT will be automatically deducted, however, 10% will be added due to the recently implemented tariffs.

For Rest of the World orders, UK VAT will be automatically deducted from all orders being shipped to addresses outside the UK.

The following information applies to customers shipping orders to the following destinations:

Important Note: Your order will be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please be aware that this is different from previous releases. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information. Refusal to pay the local import duties and taxes will result in the goods either being: destroyed by customs; or goods being returned to sender at the cost of the consignee (costs deducted from any refund owed).

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the relevant import regulations prior to purchasing a bottle in the sale.

PAYMENT METHODS

Following the sale closure, and providing your payment is successful, payment is taken via Stripe. We also accept payment from all major credit and debit cards.

RETURNS POLICY

Please check your deliveries on arrival, and please do not accept delivery of any package which appears damaged. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily refund your money if you inform us within 14 days of your goods being delivered.

All unwanted goods must be returned to us in good condition and must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit. We will not pay to have unwanted goods returned to us unless the product is defective in some way. Proof of damage will often be required.

ACCURACY

Although we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, mistakes can happen and prices and specifications can change without notice. All goods are limited releases and are subject to availability.

AGE RESTRICTION

By using our website you are confirming that you are of legal age to purchase alcohol in the country or region in which you reside.
